1. Determine what type of home you want and where you want to live. 
2. Meet with a lender that your agent refers to you so that you are ready with a pre-approval letter in hand when you make an offer. 
3. Meet with an experienced agent to get set up in the MLS system, get up to date listings instantly and develop a plan so that you are ready when the perfect home comes on the market. 

Prepare now to sell or buy and it will help you maximize your sale or purchase and make things much easier going into the selling season.
